Affordable, Small-sized units to get a push in Delhi NCR
Interestingly, a slew of developers in Delhi-NCR have studies the market a well and have started launching units in the affordable price range.
The Amrapali Group recently launched Amrapali Aurum Towers in sector-76 central noida which is a high-tech moderate building infrastructure architect by the hafeez Contractor.
Gaursons also intends to launch 650 units in its existing project in Greater Noida West (Noida Extension) in the price range of Rs.15 Lakh to Rs 20 Lakh in a couple of months. These units will be of sizes 450 Sq. Ft, 550 Sq Ft and 750 Sq.Ft, informs Manoj Gaur, CMD, Gaursons.
A Sun City project has also recently launched an affordable housing project in Sector 102, Gurgaon. On offer do 670 units comprise 2BHK units comprising 2BHK units comprising 2BHK units of size 518 SQFT to 532 SQFT spread across five acres. The price of these nits start at Rs 21 Lakh.
